An open employee's beverage container was observed on preparation table in main kitchen (Large Coffee Mug) (CORRECTED). Food employees observed in kitchen area, not wearing proper hair restraints, such as nets, hats, or beard covers. Large bulk ice machine located in main kitchen a food contact surface, was observed to have black moldlike residue on the white deflector plate and was not clean to sight and touch (CORRECTED). Large upright can opener located in the main kitchen was observed to have dried food residue on the blade a food contact surface and was not clean to sight and touch (CORRECTED). Observed clean food equipment and/or utensils in ware wash area, stored wet in a manner that does not allow for draining and/or air drying (wet nesting) (CORRECTED). Floor in the delivery area is made of wood and is cracked/roughened and is not a smooth, easily cleanable surface. At time of this inspection the back kitchen door was open without proper screening and does not protect against the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals (CORRECTED). Kitchen floors of the food facility is extremely dirty, dusty, and in need of cleaning.

Temperature measuring device for ensuring proper temperature of equipment is not available or readily accessible inside the walk in cooler. A temperature measuring device for measuring manual warewashing wash and sanitizing water temperatures is not accurate to +/- 3 degrees. The rinse cycle registered 255°F repeatedly. Slicer and can opener, food contact surfaces, were observed to have food residue and were not clean to sight and touch. Observed clean utensils stored in direct contact with surfaces that are not clean to sight and touch (diner - touching walls, pizza plaza - touching wire shelving).

Deflector plate of large Ice box a food contact surface, was observed to have a pink mold like residue and was not clean to sight and touch (CORRECTED). Plumbing system not maintained in good repair - observed front of house hand sinking pouring water onto floor when running and is not in good repair.

Jumbo Chinese Restaurant, 1550 Kenneth Rd. 7 York, October 1. Pass. Flooring throughout kitchen area under and behind equipment needs to be swept and mopped.

Pizza Al Bacio LLC, 555 Ryan Run Rd. York, October 1. Pass. Food employees observed in kitchen area, not wearing proper hair restraints, such as nets, hats. Corrected. Upright freezer in the kitchen area is repaired with duct tape which is not an approved material. Facility does not have a designated area for personal belongs, as glasses tic tacs, phone charger, Vaseline stored on shelves with food or food packaging. Corrected.

Buffalo Wild Wings, 101 Northern Way, York, September 30. Pass. Observed deeply stained cutting boards not resurfaced or discarded as required. Observed mold like residue on upper interior of ice machine cabinet. Observed fountain soda equipment, in server area, with an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, debris on non-food contact surfaces. Floor drain located in the bar area of the food facility is extremely dirty and in need of cleaning.

Rivertowne Restaurant (960 Hellam Enterprises LLC), 960 Hellam St. Wrightsville, September 30. Pass. Meat in red sauce, which was cooled, was only reheated to 110°F for hot holding and not 165°F for 15 seconds as required. Gun style fountain nozzle located in the bar area, a food contact surface, was observed to have food residue and was not clean to sight and touch. Ceiling tiles in the kitchen area are stained/damaged, and need replaced.

Shiloh Family Restaurant, 2071 Carlisle St. York, September 30. Pass. Refrigerated ready to eat, time/temperature control for safety food (Pot pie, meatloaf, chipped beef gravy, rice) prepared in the food facility and held for more than 24 hours, located in the Walk-in cooler, is not being date marked. Corrected. Door handles of the 2 door upright cooler in the kitchen area are damaged/broken and in need of repair. Gaskets of the 2 door low reach in coolers on the expo line are taped with heat tape which is not an approved material for repair. Gaskets needs to be replaced. Metal racks in the walk-in cooler are rusted and need to be repaired or replaced. Interior bottom door of fryers with accumulation of grease and old food and in need of cleaning. Food employee observed towel drying utensils and food equipment after cleaning. Observed clean food equipment and/or utensils in clean dish area, stored wet in a manner that does not allow for draining and/or air drying (wet nesting). Wall under the three-compartment sink is damaged, wall in onion cubby area damaged, both areas needs to be repaired. Flooring throughout the kitchen area under and behind equipment in need of detailed cleaning, accumulation of grease, food and grime.
