Andrew Benson is the president & chief marketing officer (CMO) of Iscar USA. Benson started with Iscar in 1984 as a cutting tool design engineer and has held several positions before serving as president & CMO for Iscar USA. Benson earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Penn State.

Bill SebringVice President of the Technical CenterKyocera SGS Precision Tools

As vice president of the Technical Center (R&D) with Kyocera SGS Precision Tools, Bill Sebring has an extensive background in solid carbide tool manufacturing. He's driving innovation, managing research initiatives, and overseeing new product development. Sebring has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, from Rochester Institute of Technology.

With Sebring’s previous experience at Sandvik/Seco Company, he also managed product range additions, redesign, new product development, and product life cycle. His background includes research, machine procurement, and implementation of manufacturing equipment to support solid carbide round tool production. He also has experience with PVD coatings, pre-coating, and post-coating processes.

Dave BeamSales and Service EngineerGreenleaf Corporation

Dave Beam is Greenleaf Corporation's sales and service engineer in Minnesota, Iowa, and North & South Dakota. After graduating Ferris State University (AAS Machine Tool Technology) in 1995, Beam began machining in the mold industry before transitioning into machine tool applications engineering for 15 years, eventually as an applications engineer for a prominent Japanese machine tool builder. Beam transitioned into the cutting tool business as direct customer applications support at a distributor from 2012 until 2022 in which Beam joined Greenleaf. Beam has extensive special project experience in prominent segments of our industry in aero, medical, agricultural, and general engineering products such as powersports & energy.
